I’ve been a loyal Volvo owner for the past 12 years. I worked with dealerships and sales people in NC, OH, KY, NJ, and internationally (Poland). My experience at Smythe was by far the best. In particular worked with dealerships and sales people in NC, OH, KY, NJ, and internationally (Poland). My experience at Smythe was by far the best. In particular, Jesus García, was outstanding. He took the time to get to know us and our needs, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall our experience was efficient and stress free. I especially appreciated that COVID protocols were posted and followed. I look forward to building a long relationship with Smythe. More

We recently purchase a 22 XC90 at a different dealership which we found to be a very different learning curve from our previous XC90. Henry was able to help us learn how to navigate all the new tools we had which we found to be a very different learning curve from our previous XC90. Henry was able to help us learn how to navigate all the new tools we had on hand - even knowing that it was not purchased from his dealership.
