Smythe Volvo is a customer friendly, expert dealership. They do not accept used cars on their lot without running them through extensive testing. I went to Kyle Jackson on recommendation of my daughter They do not accept used cars on their lot without running them through extensive testing. I went to Kyle Jackson on recommendation of my daughter. She and her husband had purchased two used cars with his help. He listened to my needs and desires carefully and only showed me cars that lined up with my requests (which were only two)...no wasting time. Kyle took time to explain the market, the process and the benefits of both cars but did not rush me or make me feel pushed. All in all the experience was very positive! I'm driving my new (used) car and loving everything about it! Thank you Kyle! More

We had a lot of questions as we had done our research in advance and Sam was patient and thorough in his responses every single time, despite us coming in multiple times and emailing him questions. Ultimately, we drove away with the perfect car for our family which we wouldn't have had the confidence to invest in without Sam's guidance and his thoughtfulness and honesty in telling things like it is rather than trying to sugarcoat or sell you.
