The car rolled, airbags deployed and it called the ambulance for her. She crawled out of the window with only bruises. For this reason, and for the service and compassion we receive at Smythe, I returned to order another yesterday. We will, without fail, be Volvo owners - for life. I called Eric Kulawczyk, Regina Krauza and Kevin Bergeron who have become like family to us. The whole Smythe team really is. PJ Lee made an amazing gesture which will assist us as we wait for our new car to be built. This is not the exception, but the norm at Smythe. I came to Smythe Volvo as they were one of the two closest Volvo dealers to me. I came with the express intent of driving/evaluating the T6 vs T8 powertrain. As was typical of my visits to most dealer closest Volvo dealers to me. I came with the express intent of driving/evaluating the T6 vs T8 powertrain. As was typical of my visits to most dealers in the past, I came ready to fight. I'm sorry to say my stance was completely unnecessary as this was THE most courteous and friendly dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from. The salesman, Brian Gagliardi, was professional, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. No pressure, no BS, glad to assist. I drove the two vehicles, made my determination. I knew what I wanted on the car and he offered to locate a match for me. Needless to say, a match was found, we made a deal and took delivery. An Excellent Experience. Smythe has a delivery specialist, Emilia Paladino, to assist in familiarization of the vehicle. She worked with my wife on the features and options which was extremely beneficial. I did need to return for installation of a dealer installed option shortly after taking delivery. Brian setup the service appointment, I received email communications all along the process, including a calendar entry that actually worked, and service was ready when I arrived. My service advisor, Dina Thomson, took care of all the paperwork, came and got me following the completion of the work, and then escorted me to the car. All work was completed as expected and once again another excellent experience. Smythe Volvo has it all together: People with the right attitude, processes that work and of course great product (did I mention we love the car!!!). Keep up the great work, its no wonder awards are won year in and year out! More
