Great customer service, I went in, to check an used Volvo XC90 RDesing they had in their webpage, I got there without appointment in a busy Saturday afternoon, and Veronica at the front desk was really nice XC90 RDesing they had in their webpage, I got there without appointment in a busy Saturday afternoon, and Veronica at the front desk was really nice and found us a spot with Chris Jones, we show us the SUV and went over all the details about it and similar cars, He took us for a ride and a test drive, and he explained us about the upgrades we would be able to make to that model, the warranty, updates and clearly explained everything about the financing. We loved Chris honesty and his upfront sincerity, we loved the car and decided to buy it, because in this dealer they made us feel like part of their family. On the closing day we met wit Ernest in the finance department, he went the extra mile explaining all the options and numbers, as clear as water. On the delivery day we met with Emilia, who teach us everything about the car, how it works, how the technology works, how to set up everything and etc, she was great. An awesome experience to deal with them. The greatest team ever. We are really glad we found them. More
