I went to Smythe Volvo based on a friend’s recommendation (she only bought elsewhere because they didn’t have what she wanted) and they did not disapp I went to Smythe Volvo based on a friend’s recommendation (she only bought elsewhere because they didn’t have what she wanted) and they did not disappoint! Everyone I encountered was pleasant. I spent a lot of time with Chris Jones, my sales consultant, going over specs and options of the cars I was interested in, and it felt more like chatting with a car-enthusiast friend than some salesperson throwing sales pitches at me. We also spent a good amount of time going over my new XC40’s features (there was a lot of new tech to learn!) and dare I say...it was actually fun! How often can you say car-buying was a fun experience? Highly recommended! More
