Would have been helpful if I had been told to bring the hand remote with me for help with this. I looked it up on line, but still need help with this. I followed the instructions and it seems programmed, but the door will not open from the mirror buttons. More

He explained the vehicle I was interested in (2018 XC60) in detail and in a matter of minutes I had a great deal. I stopped by today to pick up my plates and I told him when its time to replace my wife's car, we are going to Smythe. When I picked up the car last month, he showed me the facility including the service area, and he spent all the time I needed in the vehicle to teach me about all the fantastic features of the XC60.
