I am glad that Tony was pleasant and respectful of your time; however, need to anticipate the issues that arise from Volvos back ordered parts in a more professional manner. We should have had better communication with you on this repair. I will be working with the service manager and parts manager to improve our policy for back ordered parts that will establish more frequent and consistent follow up with the customer.
