Traveling through town, my tail gate would not shut. I called Smythe to ask if they could take the car in to fix it. Although they were totally booked, they told me to come down and they would take a loo called Smythe to ask if they could take the car in to fix it. When we visited Smythe and met Chris Henriksen, we enjoyed a no nonsense and professional approach, and finally committed to order a vehicle from them with the specific accessories we wanted and with competitive pricing based on our research. Craig Melquist, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful leading up to our decision. When the car arrived in about a month, signing all the paperwork (we financed) was transparent and we drove off after a full introduction to the major features as guided by Chris.
