I just bought my second preowned Volvo from Smythe, and yet again, it was a stress-free, easy, and seamless experience. I had a great experience back in 2012 with an SUV, and again a couple of days ago with a sedan. My salesman Santiago was fantastic, and we talked a lot about cars in general. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy, and I’d love to deal with him again for my next Smythe vehicle maybe in a year or two. It’s easy to book an appointment, there is absolutely no “xx” at this dealership, and you’ll be taken care of. Can’t say enough good things. Overall pretty disappointed with my experience. The finance manager pushed services that I did not need (adding to the cost of the initally quoted lease price). Had to take the car back for a service the day after purchasing. Got a message "propulsion system service required". It got fixed the next day but had to take time off work The dealer did not charge my car when I purchased it. The hybrid does not work with the charger I have at home (even though I was told it would). The hybrid does not work on fast charges so takes 5 hours to charge on a regular charger. More
