Dina Thomson has been my service advisor for years and is one of the biggest reasons I keep going to Smythe Volvo. I drive past 2 Volvo dealerships but choose to travel farther to go to Smythe. The service department is always clean and everyone is beyond friendly. Dina treats me as family every time I visit. I have visited most other Volvo dealers in the area and Smythe is my number one go to. I am treated with respect, they understand my frustrations when something is wrong with my car and they always resolve everything and communicate with me. Dina is a tremendous asset to Smythe and between Regina/Dennis and Dina going above and beyond to take care of my car is the reason I will be back. Thanks all!! I appreciate everything you do for me!
