While I decided not to purchase yet (based purely on my own timing), Alon was able to answer every detailed question (I do my homework prior) and was patient, friendly, and very helpful with finding the right vehicles for me to test drive so i could evaluate specific features i was interested in. This review is a bit late. I had my 2002 Volvo V70 serviced on January 12. I worked with service advisor Mike Watson. Because of my car’s, shall we say, advanced age, he suggested I schedule an oil ch serviced on January 12. I worked with service advisor Mike Watson. Because of my car’s, shall we say, advanced age, he suggested I schedule an oil change every 5,000 rather than the usual oil change. We could then do an overall check of the car to insure there were no problems with other systems, etc. I’m glad he made this suggestion because I LOVE this car and want to keep it going as long as possible. I have always felt confident with the suggestions I receive from Smythe service managers and I felt Mike was giving me advice that would keep my Volvo operating efficiently and safely. Thanks Mike and thanks Smythe Volvo for being such a great dealership!! More
