When car trouble arises, the people at Smythe Volvo put your worries at ease. My Volvo XC90 had an audible noise and the check engine light came on. I called the service department and was given a prompt appointment to get the problem fixed. When I arrived in the morning to drop my vehicle off and receive a loaner, Brandon greeted me with a smile, and pleasant demeanor. He was extremely professional and courteous. He also helped move things from my XC90 to the loner car that I would need for the day. I was reassured that the problem would be found and solved. He called me later in the day and said that my vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. I arrived at the service department a half hour before they closed and Brendon had my vehicle outside the door warming up as I arrived. He explained what had been done and asked if I had any other questions. Casey Keppler had done the work and he was a true professional also. Brandon again helped me move the things from the loaner back to my personal vehicle. I am very appreciative and not surprised by the outstanding professionalism of the Smythe Volvo team. We are and will continue to be loyal customers! More

Came in for 45000 maintenance service, always professional and timely. I have not had to wait for service like other Volvo dealerships who tell you, you have 730am appointment, but car work doe professional and timely.
