Always fantastic! I purchased my Volvo from Smythe three weeks ago but when a problem arose with the Blind Spot Information System, I had to take it to my local Volvo d I purchased my Volvo from Smythe three weeks ago but when a problem arose with the Blind Spot Information System, I had to take it to my local Volvo dealership since I live in Northern Virginia. The local dealership insisted that I pay for their repair even though it should have been covered under warranty, insinuated that possibly I had caused the problem in the short time I had the car and did not return my phone calls requesting clarification. Thank goodness for Smythe, Bob Cerza and Gabe Levy! Not only did they contact the local dealership to get more information and try to resolve the issue, but when they did not get any cooperation from the local dealership, they told me not to worry, that they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair. Truly, Smythe is the best at sales - and service. More

Great Service I recently was driving down River Road when I struck a pothole and my TPMS light came on. I pulled into Smythe Volvo service department to have them take a look at my tires because I was afraid of driving on a flat. Micheal Watson assisted me and took care of my car in a quick manner. Top customer service with quick responsiveness I had to bring in Volvo 3 days after my purchased because I could not get the Volvo On Call to work properly with my mobile. This dealers handled it the best way possible to deliver top notch customer first service. It started with Bob Cerza (Sales) who sat in my car trying to figure it out with me. He then sent me to services who again sat in the car to resolve. But we could not. He (Caesar i believe) waled me over to Mike Watson for help. They took my car in right then for service. They even gave me a ride home and offered to pick me back up. This is what I call outstanding service. Wonderful experience for my first service with Volvo Summit. More

That's what the folks at Smythe did for me this past week. And they did it with a smile. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and my car is purring like a kitten.
