Consistently amazing service!!! Over 30+ years, I've been to MANY dealerships for maintenance. I wish to commend the Service Department at Smythe Volvo of Summit, NJ, for both their Over 30+ years, I've been to MANY dealerships for maintenance. I wish to commend the Service Department at Smythe Volvo of Summit, NJ, for both their exquisite care of my vehicle but also the exquisite professionalism that their service agents exhibit in general. I've always been treated with respect, and they never mis-represent the repairs needed on my Volvo. The entire service team deserves commendation for the way they work together as a unit. I especially wish to commend Michael, Dennis, Dina, Doug, Regina, Tina and Tom individually. Their waiting area also has a relaxing Scandinavian atmosphere, and is well-supplied. They never disappoint! More

Top customer service with quick responsiveness I had to bring in Volvo 3 days after my purchased because I could not get the Volvo On Call to work properly with my mobile. This dealers handled it the best way possible to deliver top notch customer first service. It started with Bob Cerza (Sales) who sat in my car trying to figure it out with me. He then sent me to services who again sat in the car to resolve. But we could not. He (Caesar i believe) waled me over to Mike Watson for help. They took my car in right then for service. They even gave me a ride home and offered to pick me back up. This is what I call outstanding service. Wonderful experience for my first service with Volvo Summit. More

Mr. Patience! That's what the folks at Smythe did for me this past week. And they did it with a smile. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and my car is purring like a kitten. Kudos to all with special shout outs to Mike Watson, (Mr. Patience with those who don't understand cars), Regina Krauza, and Kevin Bergeron who went over and above my expectations at every step. Superb service and very attentive employees, We have been going to Smythe Volvo since 1985 where we bought our first Volvo. In all these years we could not be more pleased with the attention, We have been going to Smythe Volvo since 1985 where we bought our first Volvo. In all these years we could not be more pleased with the attention, efficiency and friendliness of the employess, in particular Doug and Tom. They always go out of their way to go above and beyond the threshold of excellence. Last week our car had to stay outside at Smythe and when we picked it up Tom had started the car for us so the frost was defrosted and cozy inside. Great Service As Usual I brought my 2011 Volvo S60T6 in for a warranty repair. My service advisor was Dina Thomson who handled the entire process professionally and efficie I brought my 2011 Volvo S60T6 in for a warranty repair. My service advisor was Dina Thomson who handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. The repairs were complex and required that my vehicle be at Smythe for almost 2 weeks. I was given a 2019 XC60 as a loaner which softened the blow. The repairs were performed by Casey Keppler who went over and above to insure that everything was working perfectly. The service department at Smythe is the "gold standard" for any dealership. It's always a pleasure working with Dina and Dennis Jeffers. More
