Unscheduled service I stopped by Smythe with a small issue. Our 2014 XC90 had a driver-side window that decided it wanted to stay down. Wonderful Service Experience Just had my 2012 S60 in for its 37K service at Smythe in Summit, NJ- where I purchased the car. As always, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and so courteous. I dealt with Dennis Jeffers this time (actually last time as well when I had an emergency trip for a flat caused by a pothole!) and he's fabulous. He provided a thorough explanation re: work that was done and also detail on future maintenance. I appreciate his clear communication and pleasant demeanor. And- when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed!!! What a nice treat and surprise! I was thrilled! One less thing for me to do before I head out on my summer road trip. Great Service I have been a long standing customer at Volvo. One thing that stands out is the level of service I get when I need to bring the car in. Most times, I I have been a long standing customer at Volvo. One thing that stands out is the level of service I get when I need to bring the car in. Most times, I have Nick Pavano servicing me. He always makes sure I'm aware of what repairs need to be done, gives great advice, goes the extra mile and treats me like a valued customer. I could go elsewhere to get repairs/maintainence done but I don't. I like going where I'm treated like "a cousin". More
