Mostly a good experience, however the dealer has not waved all qualified remaining payments on my previous lease and the payment remains outstanding and the account had not closed now over 2 weeks later waved all qualified remaining payments on my previous lease and the payment remains outstanding and the account had not closed now over 2 weeks later. The single worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car dealership. Would not recommend. I initially took delivery of this vehicle that was supposed to come with 2 keys. It did, however the dealership car dealership. Would not recommend. I initially took delivery of this vehicle that was supposed to come with 2 keys. It did, however the dealership didn’t bother checking that it wasn’t even the key to the car. Upon telling them and Jesus I went through a 2-3 month process trying to get a second key as to which weekly id receive excuse after excuse from jesus and the dealership informing me and assuring me I’d receive a response. After about 3-4 months of ownership I’ve finally reached a resolution. They will not do anything for me regarding the key. More
