Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. First Dawn helped us over the phone make an appointment, then called us the day before to assure us the car was still available and will be helpful. Once there we met Shaun in sales who is absolutely phenomenal. He helped us look over the car and pointed out any and every little scuff and imperfection he could find. It made me comfortable that he wanted us to feel secure in our purchase and didn’t try to hide anything or gloss anything over, it felt like he was buying the car with us. Finally Henry in financing got us through the process efficiently and thoroughly, the whole process was a breeze. Also, no hidden fees! No price switch up, preparation fee, reconditioning fee, finance charge, none of that nonsense. Just the price and the doc fee, plus tax and title. Best car buying experience, hands down. More
