I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a timely manner I had met Joe about a year ago just perusing the lot, and he was polite and gave me his business card without being pushy or getting in my face. He simply said to call him when it was time to look for something new. I myself work in the sales business, and I called Joe. I also called another dealer that I had worked with previously. Joe gave me a quote the day I met him that I found out was very fair when comparing to the other dealer, and they found the truck I wanted. I requested some additional add on's for the truck and told Joe I expected it to be done at the delivery date. Those items were completed in a timely manner. Overall, I feel like I received a good deal and I enjoyed working through the process with Joe. I will call him again when I am due for another GMC. More
