The service was scheduled to resolve a mysterious issue causing a power drain in my Outback. I was so pleased by the ease of making the appointment, the communication with the service team throughout the w causing a power drain in my Outback. I was so pleased by the ease of making the appointment, the communication with the service team throughout the whole process, and the speed in which my vehicle is fixed and returned. I was also able to pay online, which sped up the checkout process. My service manager (Eric) came out to discuss the repair with me afterward to ensure I understood what happened and how it was fixed. Overall, a great experience! Thanks! More
