DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS. They will rip you off!! They charge $180 for diagnosis but it’s $180 per item you want them to look at so if it’s 3 things needed to be serviced that They will rip you off!! Also the prices they give aren’t accurate. I was given 4 different prices to fix a headlight and seatbelt sensor. Cost started out at over $1700 (this is before the cost just to look at it). See attached text thread for there haggling practices. They charged me $360 just to look at. Didn’t fix anything because of all the haggling and inaccuracy plus didn’t even look at my engine problems. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIR SERVICES. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! More

I have had ongoing warranty issues with Hyundai at least since October 2022. The dealership never returns my calls and always says it's up to Hyundai corporate to approve work that should be covered by the since October 2022. For the love of god, somebody return my calls and make me a happy customer. The car is fantastic, we love it but the warranty experience is horrible... at least return my calls... someone, some how.. It just feels like Hyundai is either ignoring me, doesn't care about me or is trying to run out the clock on warranty service. I really don't want to talk to an attorney or the state to report it but I feel it's getting to that point. I've been holding off on this review since my last service in case the dealership or Hyundai corporate to actually makes an attempt to contact me after repeated calls... maybe this will get someone's attention...
