He was thorough in answering my questions about both cars and showing me the features on the Tucson that made it a game changer. I was also grateful that he understood it was just the beginning of my car shopping and didn't add any unnecessary pressure to the experience. I reached out a few days later to inquire about the Tucson and thanks to Anthony's responsiveness, quick work, and patience w my deliberation, that Tucson is now mine. Anthony's knowledge about the vehicles I drove, along with his calm, easy attitude, went a long way toward putting me in the right mindset for such a big decision. Always took in our Santa Fe to get serviced here and never had an issue. After having great service over the years, we decided to buy another vehicle from them. Recently our Santa Fe started to make a w never had an issue. After having great service over the years, we decided to buy another vehicle from them. Recently our Santa Fe started to make a weird noise so we took it in to get diagnosed. Was called and told that the motor needed to be replaced and was told that it was our fault for not having it serviced, which is not true. All service has been done there and they have the records. When I mentioned this to the service department rep, I was told that the Santa Fe wasn't done as often as it should have. Hmmm, I took it in every 4-5k miles and had everything that was recommended done according the mileage on our vehicle, but even with their own recommended mileage service it was our fault? It was only 7 years old, with 76k miles and now the engine needs to be replaced for $11k. When I mentioned the warranty I got every excuse thrown at me and that I need to pay out of pocket. I have lost their trust and unfortunately will no longer buy from here. More
