What can I say? I love South Bay Hyundai. I bought my car from them and I take it there for service. They do a great job and the whole dealership has a nice overall vibe. Missed my initial appointment time and called to see if I could still bring my car in that day. I was met with great customer service from Vanessa and she told me that it was no problem and to bring my car could still bring my car in that day. I was met with great customer service from Vanessa and she told me that it was no problem and to bring my car in as soon as I could and they would still work on it same day. Not only did I have no issues getting the service done it was done quickly and great quality! My car floated off the lot! More

Knowing that the service was going to take 3-4 hours that was quoted by another dealer in the valley, and I hate driving over the hill, I went on line to make an appointment with South Bay Hyundai which went was quoted by another dealer in the valley, and I hate driving over the hill, I went on line to make an appointment with South Bay Hyundai which went very easy. As I enter the dealership there were several vehicles in line for service I figured there goes my day. As the service advisor informed me that it should take no more then 2 hours he offered a ride to the mall if I like or I can wait in the waiting room. The waiting room is customer friendly with free WIFI. Just a 5 minute walk are several places to eat. Less than 2 hours I get a phone call that my vehicle was ready. The service advisor informed me what was done and had my vehicle brought out right away. I would recommend South Bay Hyundai for the best service you can get. More
