Not only did they offer complimentary beverages while I was waiting, there was also a taco station on that day, which was amazing. I have been bringing my car in for servicing here for nearly a decade and they continue to exceed expectations and do a phenomenal job. I received unbelievable service on the repair of my Genesis GV80 after it was in a minor accident. I was given a brand new 2023 GV80 loaner to use while the repairs were being made. In no time at all Genesis GV80 after it was in a minor accident. I was given a brand new 2023 GV80 loaner to use while the repairs were being made. In no time at all the valet service was returning my car washed and looking brand new. I have owned Mercedes, Audi’s and BMW’s and never had service that compared. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. Well done South Bay Genesis. More
