Not the best experience. 1. Sales person knew of damage to the vehicle while I was signing papers and did not bring it to my attention til the dealership had my signature and 1. Sales person knew of damage to the vehicle while I was signing papers and did not bring it to my attention til the dealership had my signature and my money. I was told the manager said "its a used care what do you expect" when I requested the damage repaired. I also requested detailed documentation of additional warranty I purchased and that was not included in the paper work. Week later the damage to the vehicle got worse and thus was "patched" by the auto dealership detailer but I had to send photos to verify the damage to the front bumper was splitting and getting worse. One month later I was notified that the car was not smog certified holding up the DMV registration and had to bring the car back during the stay at home order. The plates now will be coming later due to the over sight of the dealer not having the vehicle smog certified though it was a "certified vehicle". The dealer ship thru in a oil change to try and compensate me for the trouble and time. I purchased a used Tuscon 2016 and hope from here on out my experience will get better. More

I had to decided between Awesome experience purchasing my NEW 2020 Santa Fe. Sheek helped me with my purchase. He answered all my questions and more. I had to decided between a Hyundai and Honda. I picked Hyundai because Sheek made me feel like a valued customer. I called him to let him know I would like to purchase the Santa Fe and he came in on his off day to help me finalize my purchase and explained all the features in my car in detail before I left with it. He also, called/email me 2 days later to see how I liked the SUV and if I had any questions. More
