Even some of my questions about Blue Link were not answered, as two of the service representatives did not know the answers. We were all left with assumptions to the answers, but no clarity. I was left ""waiting"" for a long period of time while my dealer representative was getting a car to show me, but never made it clear to me. I was told, go inside and I'll be right in. After about 20 minutes, I almost left. But the girl at the counter called him. Had he been clear as to what he was doing ""for me"", I wouldn't have been agitated. Again, communication, knowledge and customer consideration could greatly be improved. The product is excellent, service is not. I hope the service department is better when the time comes for that."
