Everyone I've ever interacted with at SBH has always been super friendly and accommodating. This review is specifically for Donnie in the service department. He is a rockstar and has always been a huge help for me with my service-related issues! Donnie is professional and he follows up from beginning to end so I never feel like I am in the dark about anything to do with my car. I recently had a big repair done on my 2016 Tucson that had to be completed ASAP since I was moving out of state. Donnie not only scheduled me right away but he was able to get everything done by the time I had to move. I've never had any major issues with my Tucson (it's a dream car for me!) but after this repair, it runs like it's brand new all over again! I'm so grateful for Donnie and the whole service department's help. Thank you everyone!!! More
Enjoying my new Hyundai I love my new car. My sales guy, Christian Proctor actually called me a couple of days later to see if I was happy driving my new car and if I had any I love my new car. That's "good customer service" He also asked me did I finish going through the set up process with all that the car offer. He helped with some of the set up at the dealership and told me to come back or call him if I had any problems with the remainder of set up. More

The finance manager forced me into purchasing a extended warranty for $1900.00 @16% interest for 60 months. I told him repeatedly that I didn't want the warranty. He told me that it was a requirement to p warranty for $1900.00 @16% interest for 60 months. I told him repeatedly that I didn't want the warranty. He told me that it was a requirement to purchase the vehicle. When I asked to cancel the warranty I was threatened with a higher interest rate or return the vehicle if I didn't drop my pursuit to cancel my extended warranty. As of 05/05/2020 my calls have not been returned by the finance manager or the director. I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are forcing people to purchase a vehicle warranty to make money causing the customer to have a higher car payment. I will be filing a lawsuit against the dealership, this may qualify as a class action lawsuit! The finance department is known for this unscrupulous business practices. I will continue my crusade until my calls are returned and my extended warranty is canceled. Beware of this dealership financing practices. More

I am ready to filling legal complaint with state and city also with USA Hyundai. Please be very careful when you are buying car from this dealership, they will add product and service contract for $3999 with letting you know and when you call them, they will blame you for not reading. There finance guy David will trick you into sign things that you never ask for. He is not a honest person, I talk to David ones on the phone and after i told him what he did he never return my calls, i left over 5 message for David. He know he trick me into signing something that i didn't ask. Please Please be very careful and if you bought your car recently please check your contact, because you be surprise you got something that you did not ask for. More
