The model of the Elantra I wanted was not available when I had come back to sign for a lease, but he managed to help me upgrade to the limited which makes all the difference in quality and driving. He did not Hassle me in getting me into a car or try to rush me or try to make the sale to help himself out. He was very patient but quick in helping me when I was going through process. He was very helpful with all the questions and concerns I had. Even after purchasing the car he would message me to see if everyone would be ok. I could not have asked for a better experience. Even with a few bumps in the process he would be patient and consider all my options. If you want someone who listens to you and gets you into the car you can afford, lets you take your time and does not try to be a salesman to sell you a car, I would recommend Carlos.
