First Time Visit This was my first visit to South Bay Hyundai, and the first service for my Hyundai Ioniq plug-in. Jack Kim was so nice! He explained necessary servi This was my first visit to South Bay Hyundai, and the first service for my Hyundai Ioniq plug-in. Jack Kim was so nice! He explained necessary services based on my vehicle mileage. Who knew synthetic oil was best for this car! Jack also arranges for Lyft to take me to a nearby shopping center while my car was serviced. What a perk! He also set the range to alert me for the next oil change. WOW. Awesome customer service, friendly and knowledgeable!!!! More

The process after the paperwork was put in was typical dealership speed, and it took a long time to get into financing. However, luckily the paperwork only took about 20 min or so. Other than that it was a great experience. Antonio also did a good job showing me the car, and all the bells and whistles on it. Overall very nice experience. More
