He communicated throughout my time waiting for service and the new video system is awesome. I love that you take a 360 view of my car at the start of service and that you provided me a video to show me exactly what was done and what was needed. It helps me plan for future car needs and safely helps me track things such as my tire wear, my brake wear, filters, etc. I appreciate walking away feeling like I'm an important customer and confident that my car has been serviced to the highest standards.
