My headlight went out. I easily made an appointment on the dealership website, and drove down the next morning. I was comfortably sat in the showroom at my own table with b I easily made an appointment on the dealership website, and drove down the next morning. I was comfortably sat in the showroom at my own table with bottomless Starbucks coffee. I received a text with an email from the tech explaining what needed service (besides the headlight). The repairs were completed, and I got in my car and drove away. This was about as easy a service appointment as I can remember. South Bay Hyundai is not the closest dealer to me, but clearly worth the longer drive. More

I was missing my new headphones 🎧 after this appointment.. I hate to say, they were stolen for certain there.. the car took an extremely long time to complete 4-5 hours.. an old change takes an appointment.. I wasn't sure where to even stand or who to talk to upon arrival... upon entering what I thought was the office I was redirected back outside to my car, the woman wasn't friendly.. wasn't a good experience at all. I won't be back. I looked everywhere for my headphones... they went missing WHILE THEY SERVICED MY CAR. SHAMEFUL. More

Worst service experience I have ever had (and I'm 62). They took my car for service and took days to contact me. Their service department does not answer their phone, nor do they return phone calls. I had to drive down there to find out the status of my job. Then, the assistant service manager agreed to email me to keep me updated. He would wait several days between my questions and his answers. When I finally told them just to put the car together and call me when it was ready they took a full week to get back to me. I will never use the service department again nor will I ever buy a car at this dealership. More
