Worst service experience I have ever had (and I'm 62). They took my car for service and took days to contact me. Their service department does not answer their phone, nor do they return phone calls. I had They took my car for service and took days to contact me. Their service department does not answer their phone, nor do they return phone calls. I had to drive down there to find out the status of my job. Then, the assistant service manager agreed to email me to keep me updated. He would wait several days between my questions and his answers. When I finally told them just to put the car together and call me when it was ready they took a full week to get back to me. I will never use the service department again nor will I ever buy a car at this dealership. More

Made my appointment earlier in the week. Was told it would be all day due to other appointments. Dropped off my car at 7:30 am. At 9:00 am it was done! Awesome!
