I came in with a lot of concerns about my 2020 Elantra, but Jack in the service department eased my mind even though I was so frazzled! He made sure to listen to truly understand what I was explaining was but Jack in the service department eased my mind even though I was so frazzled! He made sure to listen to truly understand what I was explaining was going wrong with my car, and did everything he could to try and find the problems. My mind was at ease knowing that they did all they could to fix the problems I was having and although in the end they couldn’t be solved, I know they tried everything they could to make sure there wasn’t anything mechanically wrong with my car. They made sure the cars recalls were all taken care of and the software was up to date. They even gave me recommendations on how I could go about dealing with AppleCarplay as a system, and Jack waived the $160 diagnostic fee since my car was still under warranty and they couldn’t find anything mechanically wrong with the car. Disappointed that the problems weren’t fixed, but they weren’t that crazy to begin with. More

I brought in my car with a known issue and CEL on. The issues is a warranty covered repair and instead they just pretended to clean the engine compartment and clear out the code without actually fixing th issues is a warranty covered repair and instead they just pretended to clean the engine compartment and clear out the code without actually fixing the issue! I'm close to the end of my warranty and it felt like they were trying to push me out until the warranty expires! Very dissatisfied with the service More
