I had trouble understanding my additional extended warranty that ended up saving me money. I doubt most mechanics would be willing to take their time to help me like that. He really went the extra mile for me. South Bay Hyundai has a comfortable and large waiting room with wifi for customers while their vehicles are getting serviced. I felt welcome and valued there.
