Nicole N. was my service representative and she was on top of her game. She understood I would be working while waiting for my vehicle and took care of everything for me. I was on a business call when it top of her game. She understood I would be working while waiting for my vehicle and took care of everything for me. I was on a business call when it was time to pay, she took my payment method, rung up my order, and brought the receipt for my john Hancock just as I was wrapping up my call. I would hire her to work for me as she took all my cues and knew exactly what. I needed. The rest of my day was great because Nicole got me off to an excellent start, and my car engine sounds great!
