I had an appointment to get my suv detailed and while it was there they finished the job they called me to pick it up and then when I came to pick it up they could not find it they took 30 minutes to find was there they finished the job they called me to pick it up and then when I came to pick it up they could not find it they took 30 minutes to find my car but wait that wasn’t all of it then another 20 minutes to find where they had left my keys they had three people look for them they finally found it in a big cardboard box full of keys and they never put a tag on the keys or put them in a dealer box to find them later very unorganized and they had my wife frustrated waiting for my car and at the end all they said was sorry and gave her the keyfob and walked way More

Initial contact with Parts employee for purposes of repair/replacement of damaged key FOB. Was quoted price and was told item would be ordered and programmed. A month passed no contact from dealer. Vis repair/replacement of damaged key FOB. Was quoted price and was told item would be ordered and programmed. A month passed no contact from dealer. Visited dealer and was told (by the same worker, he didn't order. Escalated to manager (Calvin) who made efforts at customer recovery and satisfaction. I returned following day to pick up new/paid programmed FOB at no cost. While there, my media console was malfunctioning. The tech servicing my car, took a moment to reset. It appeared a satisfactory fix. However, less than 24 hours the fix had failed. Soon thereafter I returned, and was quoted a $1100+ amount. Unacceptable More

I feel stuck using this service center because it's the only one near me. The service is adaquate, but if they had some competition near by I would try it in a heartbeat. Issue 1: spent a Friday afternoon calling, each time going to voicemail and voicemail was full. Issue 2: they always seem to busy to help customers and they have signs everywhere, but none to help me navigate where to go to get the assistance I need. Issue 3: they said they did a full complimentary inspection of the car, but they did not notice the faulty taillight (did they do an inspection at all?). More
