My appointment was for 10:30am fir an oil change, arrived and checked in. At 12:45 I had to ask the status of my car as no one provided any update. I find some of the service staff men to be condescending and treat me as though I don’t know what I am talking about or experiencing with the vehicle I drive every day. I find myself defending my statements each time I bring my car in. Why should I pay such prices to be treated with such arrogance. More

It unfortunately took 3 visits to repair what should have been done in 1. They miss diagnosed on my first visit. Fixed the original issue on my second visit and created a new issue. Customer service during this visit was lacking. Upon pulling in I stood outside of my car and waited for about 15 minutes before anyone walked over to greet me and acknowledge my presence. Thanks to Jack in the service department for getting my 2018 Elantra in and out quickly for it's 2 year maintenance. He's really a sweetheart and was very attentive to my needs.
