Firstly, When I pulled up to the service area on 1/7 it took ten minutes for someone to acknowledge that "we'll be right with you". And then another ten minutes to finally speak to someone. Secondly, I was there in regards to the Important Safety Recall letter I received for my Tucson. The letter said, in short, a risk of fire in the engine compartment. It took over two weeks to get an appointment. The letter also stated, repairs would be made in an hour or less, but possibly longer. However, after one and a half hours, the necessary part to repair the problem wasn't installed nor was it even on hand. I was told this was just to determine if my car needed the part. That would of been nice to know, wouldn't you think? Now I have to wait who knows how long to make another appointment and make another trip down to the dealership. My time is valuable just like yours. But what's worse is I'm driving a car that could catch on fire and cause bodily harm to me and my family. Thirdly, a copy of this review has been sent to Hyundai Corporate offices. More
