Excellent service. Tim actually came back home with me to pick up my trade-in and drove it back to the dealership himself. He really went the extra mile! I went there with rental car and he helped me to return it with me, so I could drive back to San Diego with new vehicle. Even though it was busy time, he was taking a time to explain to me about a car and everything, so I could select a car what I wanted. Buying a car is nerve racking but he helped me a lot.
