This review is for Enrique in Sales. I am the go to guy in my family and friends circle for any/all help with car buying. The reason behind this is because I have bought/sold A LOT of ca I am the go to guy in my family and friends circle for any/all help with car buying. The reason behind this is because I have bought/sold A LOT of cars over the years and I am extremely familiar with the process and all the games, drama and stereo typical nonsense of the dealers and salespeople. I am not sure if salespeople are trained or born to just be plate spinners and many other adjectives(not good one's!) I typically go straight to the decision makers, since the selespeople have to go to them anyway, but I decided to give Enrique a chance. I like to do my various and extensive research on the dealership and various salespeople and vet in my own ways the good ones(if any) and sometimes you get lucky! This is where Enrique enters the picture. He had various good reviews already, but I always take them with a grain of salt until I can verify it myself through my own interactions. I was helping a very close family friend buy a 2025 Lexus rx350 after she got into an accident with her Accord and her car was totaled. I reached out to Enrique via email and his response was professional and not pushy. He offered his number and never pestered me for mine. He was to the point and no drama over email. After I felt comfortable with his email, we pretty much did all the paperwork legwork before we even went to the dealer...to expedite the process. He was quick to respond and stayed true to his word. We then headed over to the dealer the next day. What my gut feeling felt about him over email, text and phone...matched 100% in person. Enrique is calm, professional, respectful and has values! Believe me when I tell you that the automotive business as a whole don't understand those concepts...so when you find this rare breed...it's extremely refreshing and amazing. Never once was he pushy, annoying or salesman antics. I even spoke to the big boss to let him know that Enrique is a gem and a needle in the haystack..find. It takes relocation of a mountain for me to write a positive review(unfortunately due to the nature of the industry) but he deserves it! We were in and out quickly with a brand new beautiful RX350 If you are thinking of purchasing a Lexus..I assure you...you will have a 7 star experience with Enrique and you will leave the dealership in a good mood instead of feeling like you got steam rolled. I wish Enrique the best. More
