He was so busy that he set us up with another great salesman, Bradley, who was super-efficient, knowledgeable, and made the experience more than fun. He continues to be available for questions via text, which is remarkable. We even enjoyed the sales manager, Phil, who added a touch of good-spirit and warmth to the whole experience, even though it was late on Saturday evening and I continued to haggle. What a tiring experience, but more enjoyable because of the incredible staff. I had no idea that buying a car could be so much fun. I feel like I made some friends and hope that over the years this continues. Both salesmen continue to check in with me to see if I have questions about the car or need anything else. The experience dealing with Patrick and Houston Lustig was so refreshing in contrast to the pressure tactics used by closer dealers, we ended up buying an Rx450H from South County Lexus for my wife -- and yesterday, another Rx450H for me.
