We were having an oil change, tire rotation and a recall done. They told us it was you going to be 3 hours or less and it turned out to be almost 3 and half hours. The problem was that they would not comes out to let us know the stays or give us a reason for the delay. We had to go look for the service advisor to get an update. It seems like there were a lot of people walking around having coffee while paying customer were waiting for their car. We prepaid our services so we have no choice to continue going there. But not happy with the service we received yesterday. More
