Sent “non-responsive radio” recall and had me sitting for 2+ hours just to say they didnt fix anything and then tried to charge me $2000+ dollars to replace my radio. Over the phone someone said they had a “master key” for the wheel lovks they sell you on the car but lied and then charged me $260+ dollars to break them off. But have been charging me for tire rotations and apparently not been rotating my tires cause i’ve not had the special wheel lock key in my car ever. Scammers, liars, airheads and occasional someone who tries to help but actually had no good advice. More

Armando and Jose were great to work with and very professional. I had a wonderful experience with both. Unfortunately, Jason got a poor attitude towards the end of our transaction at the dealership a professional. I had a wonderful experience with both.
