i am hearing impaired. the voice prompts on all phone numbers i called were not understandable. they do not default to a live operator. result i was not able to communicate the voice prompts on all phone numbers i called were not understandable. they do not default to a live operator. result i was not able to communicate with anyone. the one number i got a live person (786-442-1288) the person sounded like they were in an echo chamber, totally useless. person ended up using chat with a sales person. took 2 hours to get the status of my car.
