We spent our Saturday at the HGreg Nissan across the street from South Dade Kia. Our experience at HGreg was awful. Our sales rep was rude. He talked on his phone while walking us around and then passed street from South Dade Kia. Our experience at HGreg was awful. Our sales rep was rude. He talked on his phone while walking us around and then passed us off to another associate. He was very nice, but after test driving 2 cars, we were over it. We went home and I found the car that I wanted at South Dade Kia. We arrived shortly after the dealership opened and were greeted by Mr. Juan Barone. He showed us the car that I was interested in, but was not able to allow us to test drive the car as it was in the process of having a sensor replaced. Juan was kind enough to find a similar vehicle for us to test drive. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He also educated us on Kia’s work ethic and commitment to their vehicles. The whole process took less than an hour and a half and we were on our way. We were not able to purchase the vehicle until the part arrived and was installed. Juan kept in touch with us on the status of the installation. Once the vehicle was ready, we were able to test drive and start the paperwork. The car only had one key, so Juan reached out to the previous owner and was able to get us the second key. He had the car detailed, filled the gas tank, and got us the floor mats. I then worked on financing with Marcos Granados. He explained everything clearly and I was not worried about hidden fees, etc. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I have to rate my car buying experience a 10 out of 10. I never once felt stressed or concerned. This was decidedly the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I will most certainly be buying my cars from Juan Barone in the future! Thank you all for taking the stress out of the process. More
