He walked me through every detail of the truck, showed me around it on the lot, and took me on a thorough test drive. After that, I met with the finance manager, who made the paperwork process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Once everything was complete, my salesperson spent as much time as needed showing me all of the technology, features, and electronics in the truck, making sure I was comfortable before I left. To top it all off, he introduced me to the service manager so I'd have a familiar face when I come back for maintenance or service. That extra step really showed they care about building long-term relationships with their customers. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, organization, and customer service from everyone I worked with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

After only 3 months of ownership, my wife's grand cherokee started developing rust on the roof. Service mgr says because there is a scuff on the roof rails, the rust is our problem. This being our 3rd and now last Jeep/Ram product I hope Stellantis is happy with the garbage staff at their dealers. More
