Sat for 1 and 1/2 hours waiting on my car for a 5,000 mile checkup. Was not informed, in a timely manner, that 2 mechanics had called off due to illness. I had an appointment today for an oil change tire rotation a key fob and them to fix my wireless charger in the truck they told me that they couldn’t do the key fob or wireless charger because they d rotation a key fob and them to fix my wireless charger in the truck they told me that they couldn’t do the key fob or wireless charger because they don’t fix wireless chargers and I had to make an appointment for the other side to get a key fob and have it programmed. I would think that the service department should be able to “service “ any part of a Toyota vehicle. They told me I was scheduled with express I didn’t schedule with express but with that being said I would think in express an oil change and tire rotation should NOT ever take 2 plus hours. Biggest xxxxshow ever. More
