Was looking specifically for a 2012 or 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn 4 X 4 and was about to jump on a plane to Mississippi when I happened to see an ad for the exact truck I was looking for at a local Chi 1500 Longhorn 4 X 4 and was about to jump on a plane to Mississippi when I happened to see an ad for the exact truck I was looking for at a local Chicago land dealer. I called and talked to the sales person, Erin Garcia who answered many of my questions and took copious notes on those she did not have an answer for and got back to me within an hour. Needless to say saving the cost of a flight, driving the truck home from 800 miles (wear and tear on Truck as well as the cost of gas) and finding a local dealership to deal with at a fair price made this a no brainer. I called back, looked at the truck and it was just as Erin descrided it and went into the finance manager and did not haggle on the price as the truck was in 'mint' shape. Purchased truck!!!!. I had a few follow-up issues that needed to be handled and Erin did those without hesitation and expedited the delivery! If this deaslership was closer to me I would do my service there, but being 76 miles from my home that is not going to happen.
