Our car buying experience with South Oak began with a request for an internet quote. I promptly received an email from Shannon Guest asking me for the "must haves" so she could accurately give us a pric request for an internet quote. The price we received from South Oak was by far the lowest price we had received from a dealer for the Grand Caravan. When my husband contacted Shannon by phone, she was able to help us begin the paperwork over the phone to begin the financing portion. We were then put into contact with Scott Chenoweth and when we arrived at South Oak we were immediately shown the car we were purchasing, began signing the paperwork, and were whisked off to the financing office to finish the sale. The entire process took less than 2 hours, and we were driving off the lot with our new car. Shannon and Scott went above and beyond my expectations during our car buying experience. He showed me where hidden extras were inside the vehicle. A hidden tale gate speaker was something I would not have known was there. Special seat belt devices were also something he explained to me which just made me more sure about my purchase.
