Lack of Customer Service I was searching for a used vehicle and came across a vehicle at South Shore Hyundai. I was contacted by a representative by the name of Joanna Guerrer I was searching for a used vehicle and came across a vehicle at South Shore Hyundai. I was contacted by a representative by the name of Joanna Guerrero in the used car sales department. We were in communication about the vehicle. I explained that I do not live close but when I get off of work I will come see the vehicle. I set an appointment for 6:30pm with her over the telephone yesterday. She called me today to confirm I was still coming even though we spoke yesterday and left me a voicemail due to the fact that I am unable to answer my phone at my place of business. When i got off of work I texted her back and told her I confirm the appointment time. I made my way to the dealership. When I pulled in she texted me if the car I was coming to see was the only one I was considering. She then proceeded to tell me that the car was sold earlier today. When I went inside to see speak with her, with an attitude and without care she told me that the car was sold earlier today. She said she was reaching out to me to see but I asked why she did not tell me when it was sold that it was sold. She had no response and just kept saying yeah it was sold earlier. She knew that I do not live close by because it was told to her yesterday. It takes me over an hour to get home and that I would leave work to get there. There was no regard for the customer or her even trying to work something out. The empathy was not shown at all. All because of her attitude I would never go back there or even recommend someone to go there because of the lack of her customer service skills. I wanted to speak to a manager but knew that it was best for me to leave because of how upset I was. I was ready to move on the deal today! More

I explained my disappointment from other dealerships to salesman Ronald Jones and expressed my concern of once again being denied financial assistance to purchase a vehicle. Ronald was understanding and professional and assured me that he would help me drive off the lot that day. Long story short, in a couple of hours Ronald worked magic and got me into a luxury vehicle of my dreams.
