Danny Chen approached me and observed what I driving. "Oh, I see you like the Swedish" he said, and directed me to a used car that had just come in. What can I say- he had me after showing me a "gently used" car that I had not considered at all. I immediately knew I was going to buy that car, if it checked out, and it did. A good salesperson will try to make the deal, but it takes a special salesperson to connect the right car to the right driver. Since I hadn't bought a car in 16 years, I dreaded the buying experience but have to say it went pretty well. Danny also continued to follow up once I purchased the car, and dealt with any minor service issues. All in all, a good buying experience at a good dealership, because of a knowledgable and fun salesperson. Love my car! More
