Wonderful service and assistance from Michael Ficklin Due to a drunk diver totaling my parked car,... it became necessary to purchase or lease a new car. It was recommended that I meet with Michael Ficklin to figure out what car I should look at and get the guidance and expertise from him that I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Hyundai vehicles . He helped me make up my mind what car was the right one for me. Being a Senior Citizen I didn't need all the fancy bells and whistles a younger person might want. Michael helped me find the perfect car for me and led me through all of the steps to lease the car trying to make the process as easy as possible!!
