My experience with service rep Chad was extremely frustrating. His communication was terrible. I constantly had to reach out to him for updates instead of being proactively informed. He was not upfront about how long my car would be kept, and several times he told me he would call me back and never did. When he was off, there was no follow-up, no notification that he wouldn’t be in, and no effort to assign someone else to assist me. I also had a very unprofessional interaction with Deandre. I expressed that my car had been there for an extended period and that I was highly inconvenienced, as I have two small children and a job. My car was dropped off Monday morning and I picked it up Wednesday night 30 minutes before closing and it still was not ready. Deandre dismissed my concerns and stated that this was “not a long time,” which was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. He has his own vehicle; I was without mine. Kelly was the only representative who provided good customer service. She was kind, helpful, and I truly appreciated her assistance. I also reported my concerns to the manager, Greg, but he did not seem very interested in resolving the issue. He told me to call him back if I didn’t hear from anyone by 4 p.m, again placing the responsibility on me as the customer to follow up. I should not have to continuously chase information or updates. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism made this a very disappointing experience. More
